Description

This Request for Proposal (RFP) is issued by the Office of Consumers' Counsel (OCC) to solicit proposals from qualified Independent Contractors for technical assistance. The assistance is to determine the appropriate rate of return in Duke Energy Ohio distribution rate and alternative regulation cases (Case No. 26-0635-GA-AIR, 26-0636-GA-ALT, 26-0638-GA-AAM, 26-0637-GA-ATA).
