The Ohio Department of Administrative Services (DAS) is soliciting quotes for the renewal of ChicagoSoft QwickRef Software and support for the term from October 1, 2026, to September 30, 2027. This solicitation is a Request for Quote (RFQ) and is open for bidding. Only bidders with active MBE certification at the time of closing are eligible to respond. The contract may be renewed for up to three additional one-year terms at DAS's discretion.
