Description

The Town of Cary is seeking qualified vendors to assess, make design and replacement recommendations, and provide equipment replacement, upgrades, and maintenance services for the Town of Cary's government access channel (Cary TV) audio, visual, and lighting equipment and systems. The work includes auditing, assessing, designing, procuring, installing, integrating, training staff, and maintaining the systems and associated equipment, including warranty coverage and responsive on-call service. The project covers the Town Hall Council Chambers, control room, and atrium where public meetings and official programming are produced and broadcast. Site visits can be arranged until September 4, 2026, and questions are due by September 7, 2026. Final bids are due September 21, 2026.
