Description

Sound Transit is soliciting proposals for a fully functional training simulator system for the Series 2 Siemens Link Light Rail Vehicles. The simulator will enable new and existing personnel to train and operate the vehicles in a virtual, realistic environment without impacting actual train operations. The contract term is three years, and the full scope of work is detailed in Exhibit B of the RFP. A pre-proposal meeting is scheduled for August 25, 2026, via Microsoft Teams. Proposals are due by September 9, 2026, at 1:00 PM Pacific Time.
