The City of Council Bluffs is requesting bids for the construction of a non-conditioned dry material storage building on the existing Phase I concrete foundation and floor slab. The scope includes CMU veneer walls and piers, masonry reinforcement, dowels, sealant, caps, water-repellent treatment, roof trusses, wood framing, fascia, cedar soffits, standing-seam metal roofing, gutters, downspouts, insulated steel overhead doors, insulated hollow-metal personnel door and frame with hardware, steel bollards, structural steel at openings, and all related accessories. The Phase I footings and slab are existing and not included in the bid scope except for connections.
