The State of Wisconsin, Department of Workforce Development (DWD), on behalf of DVR, requests bids for Payroll and Employer of Record Services. The contract will provide statewide Payroll and Employer of Record Services for DVR Consumers. There is no guarantee of purchase quantity or minimum contract price during the term of the contract.
