Collin County is seeking qualifications from qualified firms to provide Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) Engineering Services on an as-needed basis for existing and upcoming county projects. The contract will be for one year starting October 1, 2026, with options to renew for three additional one-year terms. The services include design, management, and optimization of MEP systems in public buildings, reviewing contractor bids, ensuring code compliance, and supporting energy management and life safety monitoring. The firm must have sufficient resources and capacity to complete work within county-established time limits.
