Collin County is seeking qualifications from qualified firms to provide Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) Engineering Services on an as-needed basis for existing and upcoming county projects. The contract will be for one year starting October 1, 2026, with options to renew for three additional one-year terms. The services include design, management, and optimization of MEP systems in public buildings, reviewing contractor bids, ensuring code compliance, and supporting energy management and life safety monitoring.
