The City of Westminster announces the availability of up to $300,000 in HOME Investment Partnerships Program funds and up to $50,000 in Westminster Housing Authority Administration funds for the administration of the Tenant-Based Rental Assistance Program. Eligible applicants are service providers experienced in tenant-based rental assistance and HOME program requirements. The program funds tenant-based rental assistance to low- and very low-income households, prioritizing those experiencing homelessness or at imminent risk. Applications are due by September 21, 2026, and the contract period is from October 28, 2026, to June 30, 2027.
