Description
This notice of funding opportunity (NOFO) invites selected applicants to apply for the OVC FY 2026 Antiterrorism and Emergency Assistance Program (AEAP) for Crime Victim Compensation and/or Assistance. The program supports victims of mass violence and terrorism through grants and non-grant training and consultation services. Four types of grants may be awarded: crisis response, consequence management, criminal justice support, and crime victim compensation. The goal is to provide supplemental support to victims of mass criminal violence and terrorism, increasing access to services and assistance.
