Description

This document continues the exercise of certain authorities under the Trading With the Enemy Act, as authorized by Presidential Determination No. 202621 of August 20, 2026. The exercise of these authorities with respect to Cuba is extended for one year until September 14, 2027. The continuation is deemed to be in the national interest of the United States. The Secretary of the Treasury is directed to publish this determination in the Federal Register.
