Description
This notice publishes the Tonto Apache Tribe of Arizona Liquor Control Code, which repeals and replaces the previous liquor code published on January 14, 1986. The code regulates and controls the possession, sale, manufacture, and distribution of alcohol in conformity with applicable federal and state laws. It establishes licensing requirements for manufacturers, wholesalers, and retailers on Tribal Lands. The code aims to improve economic viability for the Tribe and provide revenue to strengthen Tribal government. The code becomes effective on August 24, 2026.
