Description

This notice announces the decision and order regarding Catina Allen, N.P., whose DEA Certificate of Registration No. MA8433233 is revoked due to her lack of authority to prescribe, administer, dispense, or handle controlled substances in Indiana. The revocation follows the expiration of her Indiana APRN Prescriptive Authority license and Indiana Controlled Substances Registration license, which are required for DEA registration. The order denies any pending applications for renewal or modification of her registration, effective September 24, 2026.
