Description
The International Trade Commission has scheduled expedited reviews pursuant to the Tariff Act of 1930 to determine whether revocation of the antidumping duty and countervailing duty orders on steel grating from China would likely lead to continuation or recurrence of material injury within a reasonably foreseeable time. The reviews are in response to an adequate domestic interested party group response and an inadequate respondent interested party group response. The Commission will conduct expedited reviews rather than full reviews and has extended the review period by up to 90 days due to the complexity of the reviews. Written comments are invited from interested parties and other stakeholders by October 21, 2026.
