Description

This solicitation seeks a turnkey solution to connect five office locations (Hilo Baseyard, Waimea Baseyard, Kona Baseyard, and Waiakea Office Plaza) with a synchronous, full duplex connection. The service provider must supply a switch or router at each location and connect to the DWS via Ethernet. Responsibilities include design, installation, maintenance, repairs, servicing, troubleshooting, and provision of all hardware/software equipment and upgrades. The equipment remains the property of the service provider. The network must support data and future real-time applications with Quality of Services and any-to-any connectivity in a fully meshed network.
