Description

The City of Santa Rosa is seeking qualified contractors to provide on-call, as-needed low-voltage data communications cabling services to support City facilities. The work includes new installations, modifications, repairs, and removal of structured cabling systems for the City's network infrastructure, limited to passive datacom infrastructure. Services include installation and termination of copper and fiber optic cabling, telecommunications room work, pathway and cable routing, moves/adds/changes, testing, labeling, and documentation. Emergency response services are required 24/7 with specific response time commitments. The contract is for a two-year term with three one-year extension options, with no guaranteed minimum work volume.
