Pierce County Human Services is seeking qualified organizations to deliver Health-Related Social Needs (HRSN) Nutrition Support Services for Medicaid recipients under Washington’s 1115 Medicaid Demonstration waiver. - Government Buyer: - Pierce County Human Services, Aging and Disability Resources (ADR) division - Services Requested: - Medically Tailored Meals (MTMs) for eligible Medicaid recipients not receiving in-home long-term care support services - Fruit and Vegetable Provisions for the same population - Eligibility Requirements: - Applicants must already hold a current contract with Washington State DSHS Home and Community Living Administration (HCLA) and/or Pierce County Human Services ADR - Must be able to serve the entire geographic area of Pierce County - Notable Requirements: - No specific OEMs or vendors are named - RFQ is open and continuous; responses accepted electronically - Contracts may be renewed based on funding and performance

Description

This solicitation is for Health-Related Social Needs (HRSN) Nutrition Support Services to be provided in Pierce County. Organizations must have a current DSHS contract for the services they propose to provide and serve the entire geographic area of Pierce County. The RFQ is open and continuous with an initial response deadline of March 1, 2027. Responses must be submitted electronically via the County’s eProcurement Portal. The contract term is expected to extend through June 30, 2028, with possible renewal contingent on funding and performance.
