Provo City Information Systems Division is seeking proposals to modernize its core IT infrastructure platform. - Three solution paths are requested: - Replacement of the existing on-premises Storage Area Network (SAN) with a new SAN - Migration of workloads to a cloud-based infrastructure platform - Implementation of a hyperconverged infrastructure (HCI) solution - The City's environment includes: - 13 HPE-manufactured ESXi 8.0 hypervisors - 242 virtual machines supporting municipal, public safety, utility, and administrative workloads - Mix of Microsoft Windows Server and Linux operating systems - 25Gb Ethernet network connectivity - Proposals must address: - Design, implementation, migration (if applicable), and support - Improved reliability, scalability, security, and long-term sustainability - Alignment with municipal cybersecurity and compliance requirements - No specific OEMs or vendors are mandated, but HPE is the current hardware OEM - Bidders must validate sizing and propose appropriately scaled solutions - Single contract award to the highest scoring responsive and responsible vendor

Provo City is seeking proposals to modernize its core infrastructure platform to support current and future business requirements.
