Description

The New York State (NYS) Women, Infants, and Children (WIC) program seeks a qualified organization to provide an online nutrition education platform. This platform must be a web-based, secure, customer portal service to be offered as an additional option to the in-person and virtual nutrition education provided at WIC local agencies. The platform will provide participant-centered interactive lessons tailored to the individual needs of WIC participants to meet nutrition education requirements and standards for compatibility with the NYS WIC Management Information System (MIS). The contract term is from October 1, 2027, to September 30, 2032, and the program serves approximately 464,000 participants monthly through 85 local providers at over 300 service sites statewide in New York.
