Description

This project involves the renovation of the second floor of Rathaus Hall at Queens College, approximately 14,000 square feet, for the Department of Drama, Theatre and Dance. The scope includes asbestos abatement, removal and replacement of windows, concrete eave patching, brick veneer replacement, new rooftop HVAC equipment, and full interior fit-out of classrooms and other spaces. Interior work also includes HVAC, lighting, electrical upgrades, telecommunications, audiovisual and security systems, minor plumbing, and new architectural finishes. The project requires execution of a Project Labor Agreement (PLA) by the successful low bidder and all subcontractors.
