Description
The Buffalo Urban Development Corporation (BUDC) is soliciting proposals from contractors for the demolition of all structures, pavements, slabs, and building foundations at 741 and 777 Northland Avenue in Buffalo, NY. The scope includes asbestos abatement, regulated materials removal, pavement and structure demolition, basement wall removal to 5 feet depth, basement slab fracturing, waste disposal, recycling, backfilling, foundation preservation and construction, sign restoration, and site restoration. The goal is to select a prime contractor to provide general construction services as detailed in Exhibits A-D of the RFP.
