The City of Troy is soliciting sealed qualifications to establish a Term Contract of five (5) years for professional services related to design and support of various public works projects and work in the City right-of-way. The contract term is 5 years with a possible extension of 2 years. Services include design, bidding, construction administration, technical assistance, capital project review, and permit review for projects impacting City right-of-way. Work will be authorized through project-specific task orders under Master Service Agreements.
