The Department of the Army's Maneuver Center of Excellence (MCOE), under the Army Transformation and Training Command (T2COM), is seeking a contractor to support its Holistic Health and Fitness (H2F) Integration Team (HIT) initiative. - Government Buyer: - Department of the Army - Maneuver Center of Excellence (MCOE) - Army Transformation and Training Command (T2COM) - Scope of Services: - Provide one certified Athletic Trainer (AT) for musculoskeletal care and injury prevention education - Provide one certified Strength and Conditioning Coach (SCC) (CSCS or SCCC certified) for strength programming and injury prevention - Provide one certified Cognitive Performance Specialist (CPS) for cognitive skills training and mental resiliency - Support up to 128 Brigade teams across 28 Army installations (CONUS and OCONUS) - Services include pre-implementation planning, site visits, post-implementation support, and reporting - Contractor must supply all personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, and other items necessary - Unique Requirements: - Significant travel required (25-50%) - Adherence to Army training, security, and reporting standards - No direct provision of care services; focus is on education, training, and support - All requirements and standards defined in the Performance Work Statement (PWS) - No specific OEMs or commercial vendors are named; focus is on certified personnel and service delivery
Description
The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, and other items and non-personal services necessary to perform AT, SCC, and CPS functions as a part of MCOE’s HIT as defined in this Performance Work Statement except for those items specified as government furnished property and services. The AT will use their knowledge, skills, abilities, and expertise in musculoskeletal care, injury prevention (IP), and other AT related functions to communicate H2F doctrine, lessons learned, and best practices; the AT will not provide provision of care services. The SCC will use their knowledge, skills, abilities, and expertise in strength and conditioning programming, IP, and other strength and conditioning related functions to communicate H2F doctrine, lessons learned, and best practices. The CPS will use their knowledge, skills, abilities, and expertise in cognitive skills training, mental resiliency, and other cognitive performance related functions to communicate H2F doctrine, lessons learned, and best practices. The contractor shall perform to the standards in this contract.
