Description
The Naval Air Systems Command (NAVAIR) and the Royal Australian Air Force (RAAF), Portfolio Acquisition Executive (PAE) Aviation (A), Maritime Patrol and Reconnaissance Aircraft Program Office (PMA-290) is seeking information from industry on the capability of designing, developing, and manufacturing hardware necessary for the integration of the Aircraft Horizontal Stabilizer Modification onto the P-8A platform as well as providing the requisite knowledge, technical data, and engineering support to perform this effort.
The Naval Air Systems Command (NAVAIR) intends to award a contract action, on an other than full and open basis under FAR 6.302-1, to The Boeing Company (Boeing) located in Tukwila, WA for P-8A Poseidon Aircraft Horizontal Stabilizer Production Kits (H-STAB).
