Le Conseil des Atikamekw de Manawan demande des soumissions pour la réalisation de travaux de construction du développement des secteurs A, B et I de la communauté. Les travaux comprennent la construction des réseaux souterrains d’eau potable, d’égout sanitaire et pluvial, d’un bassin de rétention, la viabilisation de lots de terrains ainsi que des travaux de voirie incluant pavage et bordure. Les travaux sont répartis sur trois ans suivant les spécifications aux devis.
