Description

The County of Orange, Orange County Sheriff-Coroner Department, is requesting competitive sealed bids from pre-qualified firms for Job Order Contracting (JOC) for Mechanical Services. The contract will be a usage contract effective for one year or until the total contract amount is reached. Contractors must have current California State Contractor’s licenses Class C-4, C-20, and C-36. A mandatory virtual pre-bid meeting will be held on August 10, 2026, and bids are due by August 19, 2026.
