END OF UPDATE 20 Aug 26 The primary responsibilities of this contract are to support Resident Officer in Charge of Construction (ROICC) offices by providing construction management, quality assurance, and administrative services for construction contracts in the NAVFAC EURAFCENT (EAC) area of responsibility (AOR). In addition, this contract requires professional architectural design, planning and administrative services for NAVFAC EURAFCENT Headquarters (HQ), located in Naples, Italy.
