Inouye Pacific Basin Agricultural Research Center and U.S. National Clonal Germplasm Repository - Scope of Work: - Inspection of four modular buildings and one building structure - Reporting on infestations, structural concerns, and conditions - Treatment services for active infestations and preventative pest control - Use of EPA-registered pesticides by licensed pest control technicians - Provision of safety data sheets and written inspection reports - Adherence to federal, state, and local codes - Products/Services Requested: - Comprehensive inspection (1 unit) - Infestation and structural reporting (1 unit) - Treatment services (up to 60 units, option line item) - Termite and pest control service (1 unit) - Unique Requirements: - Small business set-aside, including economically disadvantaged women-owned and service-disabled veteran-owned small businesses - Compliance with wage determination standards - Contract is firm-fixed-price with an option for additional treatment services - Contract duration is 90 days from award for one location; overall completion by end of 2026 with possible 6-month extension - No specific OEMs or commercial vendors are named; all pesticides must be EPA-registered.

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Part 12.  This announcement constitutes the only solicitation.  Quotations are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. 

Solicitation number 1232SA26Q1338 is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ) for Termite/Pest Treatment for Modular Trailers and Building Structures.  See attachments for full information.

This acquisition  is set-aside for small business concerns.  The applicable North American Industry Classification Standard Code is 561710.  The small business size standard is $17.5M.  This acquisition is a Total Small Business Set-Aside.  All responsible sources may submit a quotation which will be considered by the agency.
