This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial products or commercial services prepared in accordance with part 12. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Offers are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued.
Solicitation number FA468626Q0019 is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ) for CE MHE Attachments & Trailers. The 9th Civil Engineer Squadron (9 CES) is tasked with maintaining base infrastructure, airfield clear zones, perimeter fence lines, training areas, and wildfire mitigation zones at Beale Air Force Base. Dense vegetation, brush, and small-to-medium trees present ongoing safety, security, and fire hazards.
To maintain operational readiness, execute land-clearing missions, and ensure the rapid deployment of excavation assets, 9 CES requires specialized compact excavator attachments and heavy-duty transport trailers. The procurement of these attachments and trailers will directly enhance the squadron's capability to perform rapid vegetative clearing, firebreak maintenance, and tactical asset transport.
