Description
DESCRIPTION OF REQUIREMENT
This requirement is for the acquisition of (1) duplex 120v outlet to be installed with power, between hangers 1&2 and (1) duplex 120v outlet between hangars 3&4 on the vertical beam next to the Liquid Cooling Cart reels (LCC).
This acquisition is set aside for a small business concern under NAICS 238210, Electrical Contractors and Other Wiring Installation Contractors. This solicitation incorporates provisions and clauses by reference. The full text of provisions and clauses may be accessed electronically at www.acquisition.gov. All prospective offerors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) at www.sam.gov. Lack of a SAM registration will make an offeror ineligible for award.
APPLICABLE LABOR LAWS
This solicitation is subject to the Construction Wage Requirements RFO 52.222-6 and the current wage determination, Davis Bacon Act WD #NE-20260059. The most updated wage determination can be found at https://sam.gov/wage-determinations.
SITE VISIT
A site visit will take place on 2 September, 2026, 1:00PM CDT.
Access: Offutt Air Force Base is not an open base, and you must have a valid ID. Anyone who does not have the necessary identification to enter the base must complete the attachment titled “55 SFS Form 31-Base Entry Authorization List” and return by 26 August, 2026, 4:30 PM CDT. Base access is not guaranteed.
