This procurement seeks to upgrade and install an interview room monitoring system for the 90th Security Forces Group at FE Warren AFB, Wyoming. - Government Buyer: - U.S. Air Force, 90th Security Forces Group (90 SFG) and 90th Security Forces Squadron (90 SFS), FE Warren AFB, WY - OEMs and Vendors: - CaseCracker (noted as the required system for hardware/software) - Products/Services Requested: - CaseCracker Interview Room Monitoring System (ONYX) - 3 servers with 2TB storage each - 3 room controllers - 3 power supplies - 5 microphones (wall or ceiling) - 5 cameras - 2 Ethernet switches (5-port) - 3 flagging kits - 2 Windows PCs or laptops for monitoring - Installation, configuration, functional and operational testing - Initial training on operation, troubleshooting, and maintenance - Service agreement and three-year warranty (or manufacturer’s standard, if longer) - Unique or Notable Requirements: - System must be Trade Agreement Act (TAA) and Section 889 compliant - Perpetual licensing required (no recurring fees) - Delivery and installation must be completed within 120 calendar days of award - Warranty period of three years or manufacturer’s standard, whichever is longer

Description

This is a Combined Synopsis/Solicitation for commercial products prepared in accordance with the format in RFO 12.201, as supplemented with additional information in the notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation/notice, responses/quotes are being requested, and further written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation will be solicited as 100% Small Business Set-Aside on SAM.gov. The 90th Contracting Squadron is issuing this combined synopsis/solicitation, FA461326Q0016, as a Request for Quote (RFQ) using RFO Part 12, Acquisitions of Commercial Products and Commercial Services.
