Attached is a Justification for Other than Full and Open Competition (JOFOC) for a noncompetitive modification to IDIQ Contract No. 31310023D0005 (Work-For-Others (WFO) Contract) The contract is for the continued support from the Center for Nuclear Waste Regulatory Analyses (CNWRA), the NRC’s Federally Funded Research and Development Center (FFRDC). CNWRA provides research and technical assistance to support NRC program offices and others, related to both the front and back end of the nuclear fuel cycle free of Organizational Conflict of Interest (OCOI).
