Description

The U. S. International Trade Commission (USITC or Commission), intends to solicit and award a Purchase Order to American Chemical Society (ACS); 2540 Olentangy River RD, Columbus, Ohio 43202  (UEI: HNALX27LW8F9) under the authority of FAR 6.302-1, Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements.

The USITC anticipates award of a Purchase Order, on a sole source basis, to American Chemical Society for the purpose of obtaining 1 user subsctiption to CAS SciFinder . Please see attached justification document for further details.

The period of performance: 10/01/2026 through 09/30/2027

This notice is not a request for competitive quotations. A Request for Quote will not be available for this requirement. The intent of this notice is for informational purposes only.
