Description
The City of Mableton is seeking proposals from qualified providers to furnish, configure, implement, integrate, host, support, and maintain a secure, cloud-based Human Resources Information System (HRIS). The solution will replace fragmented and manual processes with an integrated system for human resources, payroll, time, benefits, talent, and workforce information. The system must support approximately 60 employees initially and scale as the workforce evolves, preferably as a unified platform. The selected provider will be responsible for integration, data migration, implementation, support, maintenance, and overall performance.
