Description

The primary objective of this contract is to provide the supply, installation, load testing, and certification of fall protection systems for work at height—specifically fixed horizontal lifeline systems on the façade of the NOX Building (260 meters) and certified individual anchor points across multiple embassy facilities (Former Locker and Maintenance Area: 3 supports; Carpentry Building: 8 supports; Former Maintenance Offices: 15 supports; Chancery Air Conditioning area: 3 supports)—at the U.S. Embassy Bogotá Compound. The Contractor shall provide all labor, supervision, specialized materials, stainless steel components, equipment, tools, transportation, safety controls, and incidental services required to execute complete and acceptable installation and testing services in full compliance with applicable safety regulations, manufacturer recommendations, Embassy standards, and quality requirements approved by the Contracting Officer's Representative (COR). The period of performance and completion schedule for this project shall be strictly adhered to as established in the contract award (15 to 18 working days as specified per scope), ensuring minimal disruption to Embassy operations. The Government may award the contract based on the initial offer without discussion.
