Description
This Request for Proposals (RFP) solicits proposals from qualified suppliers to provide telecommunications, broadband, and network solutions to support the diverse connectivity and networking needs of E&I Cooperative Services' members. The services are intended to support instructional, administrative, research, and operational requirements across K-12, higher education, and other eligible educational institutions. The RFP aims to establish one or more main agreements with responsive and responsible suppliers to serve as procurement vehicles for members to acquire a broad range of services under competitively awarded terms. The agreements will have an initial term of five years with renewal options and will support multiple service categories, including Erate eligible and non-Erate eligible services.
