This opportunity is a call for innovative solutions to support the U.S. Army's ICT Supply Chain Risk Management (SCRM) efforts. - The Army Contracting Command - Rock Island is seeking solution briefs for a SCRM Monitoring Tool. - The tool must be a Commercial-off-the-Shelf (COTS) or Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) platform. - It should enable continuous monitoring of vendor catalogs and corporate structures for compliance, cybersecurity, and foreign influence risks. - API integration with Army procurement portals is required. - The platform must be operable by government personnel. - Optional professional services may be included, such as analyst-on-demand support, system integration, API custom-engineering, and specialized threat reports. - The procurement covers a twelve-month base period with four additional twelve-month option years. - No specific OEMs, products, or part numbers are named; vendors must propose their own solutions. - All technical and submission requirements are detailed in the attached documents. - The solicitation is open to all qualified vendors and may result in a contract award through full and open competition. - Respondents must notify the contracting officer and specialist if they intend to submit a solution.
