This opportunity is for locating and mapping underground utilities at USDA-ARS facilities in Stoneville, Mississippi. - Government Buyer: - USDA Agricultural Research Service (ARS), Southeast Area Facilities Engineering, Stoneville, MS - Scope of Work: - Service to locate and map underground utilities at two sites: USDA-ARS Main Campus and Cotton Ginning Research Facility - Coverage area: approximately 43 acres - Technologies required: electromagnetic locators, ground penetrating radar, robotic crawler cameras, traceable rodder, GNSS mapping - Deliverables: CAD (.DWG), KMZ, and PDF files documenting utility locations - Personnel Requirements: - SIM-certified personnel must perform the work - Unique/Notable Requirements: - Mapping must be highly accurate and suitable for integration with GIS and CAD systems - Emphasis on safety and minimal disruption to ongoing research operations - No specific OEMs or vendors are named; the solicitation is open to qualified service providers - Estimated contract value: $25,000 to $100,000 - Period of performance: 60 days from award, Monday–Friday, 7 AM–4 PM, excluding government holidays
