The City of Surrey is seeking a qualified Design-Build team to replace the existing Motor Control Centre (MCC) serving the South Surrey Arena refrigeration plant. The project includes the complete design, supply, installation, testing, commissioning, and startup of a new MCC system to support the arena's ammonia refrigeration plant. Work will be conducted during the annual summer shutdown in 2027 when the ice surface is removed and the refrigeration system can be safely isolated.
