Description
The City of Marco Island Water and Sewer Department is seeking Design Build Services to upgrade the Reclaimed Water Production Facility to meet Advanced Wastewater Treatment Standards. The scope includes modification of existing MLE tank anoxic and oxic zones, addition of a second anoxic zone, new S2EBPR/RAS fermentation system, supplemental carbon storage and feed system, instrumentation and control improvements, electrical and site infrastructure improvements, regulatory permitting, design, preconstruction engineering, maintenance of operation during construction, and final design, construction, commissioning, training, and handover. Qualification packages are due electronically by October 6, 2026. A non-mandatory pre-bid conference will be held on September 1, 2026, at the Reclaimed Water Treatment Plant in Marco Island, FL.
