Description
The National Cancer Institute (NCI) is seeking research co-development partners and/or licensees for a collection of T cell receptors (TCRs) that specifically target HPV 6 or HPV 11 antigens. These TCRs have potential use in adoptive cell therapy and other TCR-based approaches to treat HPV 6- or HPV 11-associated diseases including recurrent respiratory papillomatosis (RRP). The technology is in the pre-clinical stage with in vivo validation and aims to provide safe and effective therapies for patients with aggressive or pulmonary RRP refractory to standard treatments. The intellectual property rights have been assigned to the U.S. Government, and the NCI is inviting licensing and co-development research collaborations.
