Description
The Coast Guard is establishing a temporary safety zone for navigable waters within a 500-yard radius of the T/V DENISE FOSS and its tow, FOSS 3612, to protect personnel, vessels, and the marine environment during the transportation of three ship-to-shore cranes. Entry into this zone is prohibited unless authorized by the Captain of the Port, Sector Honolulu, or their designated representative. The safety zone will be enforced from August 19, 2026, through August 25, 2026, depending on the vessel's arrival. This rule is issued without prior notice and comment due to the urgency of the situation.
