Description

The City of Santa Ana is seeking qualified Right of Way Specialty firms to provide On-Call Property Management services on an as-needed basis. The contract term is initially one year with the possibility of four one-year extensions, not exceeding five years total. Contractors must have been in business continuously for the past five years and have at least three years of recent experience performing similar services. Proposals must be submitted electronically and include five sealed hard copies, notarized certifications, and a detailed fee schedule.
