Description
The State of South Dakota, through the South Dakota Department of Health and in coordination with the Bureau of Information and Technology, is soliciting proposals for a secure, configurable, interoperable, and supportable Electronic Disease Surveillance System (EDSS) solution and associated implementation services. The selected offeror will provide software or platform, configuration, integration, data migration, reporting and analytics enablement, testing, training, go-live, transition, and ongoing support services to replace or modernize the current EDSS system. The system must support statewide communicable disease surveillance and related public health operations, including case intake, triage, disease investigation, workflow and task management, laboratory and clinical data exchange, data quality and reconciliation, federal and State reporting, user administration, role-based access, auditability, and secure access for authorized users.
