Clackamas Community College is soliciting bids from qualified and experienced licensed mechanical contractors to provide mechanical contractor services for the complete turnkey replacement of the Wilsonville Campus air handling units (AHU-1, with an add alternate for AHU-2 and AHU-3). The project aims to improve system reliability, reduce maintenance costs, eliminate obsolete refrigerants, and enhance long-term operational sustainability. The work includes all labor, materials, equipment, engineering, permits, controls integration, startup, testing, balancing, commissioning support, refrigerant recovery, and disposal of existing equipment. A mandatory pre-bid walk-through is scheduled for September 2, 2026, at the Wilsonville Campus.
