Description
Pinellas County is seeking qualified consulting firms to develop a comprehensive, enterprise-wide Artificial Intelligence (AI) Strategic Roadmap. The selected consultant will provide strategic advisory services including establishing governance structures, drafting policy frameworks, assessing organizational readiness, identifying high-value use cases, and creating a phased implementation strategy for AI adoption across multiple county government functions. The project aims to ensure responsible AI deployment, compliance with laws and regulations, and organizational readiness while delivering measurable return on investment. The scope includes various constitutional functions such as the Board of County Commissioners, Clerk of the Circuit Court, Tax Collector, Supervisor of Elections, Property Appraiser, Human Resources, Human Rights, and Business Technology Services (IT).
