Description

The Alaska Department of Transportation and Public Facilities (DOT&PF) is hosting public open houses in September and October 2026 to share the draft Southeast Alaska Transportation Plan (SEATP) Update and gather public feedback. The plan update covers transportation improvements over the next 20 years, including roads, ferries, airports, trails, and marine facilities in Southeast Alaska. There will be two in-person meetings in Sitka and Juneau, and one virtual meeting via Zoom. The plan aims to identify regional priorities and inform the Statewide Transportation Improvement Program and the Aviation Improvement Program.
