Description
The Department of Transportation and Public Facilities Northern Region has issued seasonal vehicle weight restrictions effective June 17, 2026, at 8:00 AM. These restrictions apply to all vehicles over 10,000# GVW within the Northern Region, affecting specific roads with weight limits set as percentages of legal allowable weight. Some roads will return to summertime permitting, while others have restrictions of 75% or 50% of legal axle load with no overloads allowed. The Commercial Vehicle Enforcement division will enforce these restrictions, and overweight load applications can be submitted for approval.
