Description
The Alaska Department of Natural Resources, Division of Mining, Land & Water (DMLW) intends to issue an upland mining lease converting an existing mining leasehold location under AS 38.05.205(a) and 11 AAC 86.305. The lease covers approximately 18 acres located in Seward Meridian, Township 006 North, Range 012 West, Section 03. The lessee will have exclusive rights to possession and extraction of locatable minerals, subject to applicable state statutes, and must obtain all required permits before exploration or mining.
