Description

The Department of Military and Veteran’s Affairs, Alaska Army National Guard Facilities Management Office, Design and Construction is soliciting bids for services to install a new roof and siding on Hangar 4 at building 47431 on JBER, Alaska. The project involves furnishing all labor, equipment, and materials and performing all work for the roof and envelope replacement. A mandatory walk-through is scheduled for August 25, 2026, and the bid submission deadline is September 8, 2026, at 1:00 PM Alaska Time. All questions must be directed in writing to the DMVA-FMO Office, and base access passes require registration with the Project Manager at least 48 hours prior to the walk-through.
