Description

The Minnesota Department of Administration, through its division MMCAP, is issuing a Request for Proposal (RFP) for a contractor to serve as the meeting planner for its National Member Conference (NMC). The contractor will coordinate the annual conference, which includes planning, executing, and managing the event, including registration, vendor trade show, and onsite management. The contract aims to cover up to five annual conferences from 2027 to 2031, with the next conference scheduled for April 2027 in the Minneapolis-St. Paul area.
